Santiam AcuSpa is able to provide a Superbill of services for patients to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement. This includes Herbal Perceptions and Out-of-Network services.

A superbill serves as an itemized receipt for the services you've received here. It includes details such as your diagnosis, the treatments provided, and the billing codes utilized by insurance companies. You can use this superbill to request reimbursement from your insurance if we do not bill them directly. It functions as ‘proof of service’ when submitting a claim.

You will typically submit the superbill to your insurance provider through their member portal, by mail, or using a claim form they provide. After submission, they will review it and may issue a reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Please remember that the amount you receive will depend on your specific plan—some may cover more of the costs than others, while some might apply it to your deductible.
